FOR ONGOING SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY:
By submitting your order for an ongoing subscription, you acknowledge that you have selected an Ongoing Membership subscription, meaning that the amount of the chosen monthly subscription plus shipping will be processed on a recurring basis every month, less any one-time, optional charges requested for the initial shipment only (such as expedited shipping, gift box, or gift card). By submitting your order for an Ongoing Membership, you authorize to process the recurring charge to the credit or debit card you have provided until you cancel. You may cancel at any time directly on your account page, by emailing our customer service (cancel@backstagebrewery.com).
The member will receive no further monthly membership products as of that confirmed cancellation date. If a product for that month was picked prior to cancelling, your cancellation will take affect the following billing cycle. If the member did not pick up the product after the member was charged, in that case, we will post a credit for that product and any other unused funds to the credit or debit card in your file within 5 business days after we confirm the refused product pick up. Products already delivered at the time you cancel are subject to our cancellation policy, which is available on the Terms and Conditions page.
By submitting your order for an Ongoing Backstage Brewing Company Membership, you authorize to process the recurring charge to the credit or debit card you have provided until you cancel. You may cancel at any time directly by emailing our customer service (cancel@backstagebrewery.com). You will be notified once the cancellation is received, if you do not receive an email confirmation that your cancellation was received by Backstage Brewing Company, please call Backstage Brewing Company and request that Backstage Brewing Company emails you a cancellation confirmation.
